商标 使用指南

微米’s trademarks, 服务商标, 商业外观, and 标志 (“商标s”) represent intellectual property rights owned by 微米 and as such are valued assets of 微米. 这些商标, whether registered or unregistered, must be used in accordance with these 商标 Usage Guidelines (“Guidelines”).

Any use of a 微米 商标 must comply with applicable laws and requires strict compliance with these Guidelines. While in some instances wordmarks can be used without a license to truthfully convey information about 微米’s products or services or compatibility therewith as long as the use does not cause confusion as to source or affiliation, any other use of a 微米 商标 requires an appropriate license agreement. 微米’s logo marks can never be used by third parties without express authorization by 微米. Requests for a trademark license may be submitted to trademarks@jywp.net. Upon approval, 微米 will provide appropriate logo files for your use.

By using any 微米 商标s, you acknowledge that 微米 is the sole owner of the 商标s and agree not to interfere with 微米’s rights in the 商标s, including challenging 微米’s use, 登记, or application to register such 商标s. You agree that you will not harm, 滥用, or bring into disrepute any 微米 商标s and that the goodwill, 如果有任何, derived from your use of any 微米 商标s exclusively inures to the benefit of and belongs to 微米. You may not use any 微米 商标s in metatags, 搜索字段, 隐藏的文本, or any other form that has the purpose or effect of diverting or confusing consumers without 微米’s prior written permission.

These Guidelines apply to 微米 employees, 客户, 被许可人, 咨询顾问, authorized resellers, 外部供应商, 记者, and other third parties. If you are a licensee, but have been provided no special guidelines, then follow these Guidelines.

The list of 微米 商标s provided here may be updated with new information from time-to-time and without notice and should be referred to regularly. Note that the list may not be comprehensive, and the omission of a 微米 商标 from the list does not represent any waiver of any intellectual property rights of 微米 in or to such 商标. Other product names or trademarks, including those appearing on 微米’s websites, that are not owned by 微米 are for identification purposes only and may be the registered or unregistered trademarks of their respective owners. No license or right is granted by 微米 by implication, estoppel or otherwise to any such third-party names or trademarks or to the 微米 商标s hereby. If in doubt about whether a particular name, mark or logo is a 微米 商标, or if you have any questions about the use of 微米’s 商标s, contact 微米’s 法律 Department for assistance.

When referring to 微米 products or services use the applicable 商标 and ensure that such references: (i) are truthful, 公平, and not misleading; and (ii) comply with these Guidelines. Note that these Guidelines may be modified by 微米 from time-to-time in its sole discretion. Specifically, ensure that you:

1. Follow the directives within these Guidelines;
2. Use the appropriate trademark symbol and acknowledgment of 微米’s ownership of the particular 商标;
3. Do not incorporate 微米 商标s into your own trademarks, 服务商标, 标志, or company names; and
4. Do not adopt marks or 标志 that imitate, 玩, 指, or are confusingly similar to any 微米 商标s.

When using a 微米 商标, ensure that you:

1. Except in the case of slogans and taglines, ALWAYS use a 商标 as an adjective, accompanied by an appropriate generic noun that defines the relevant product or service (e.g. “微米® NAND Flash memory is an excellent product”). Do NOT use a 商标 as a noun (e.g. “微米® is an excellent product”).
2. Do NOT pluralize a 商标 or make it possessive.
3. Do NOT combine a 商标 with other words, 符号, 或数字, either as one word or with a hyphen.
4. Do NOT abbreviate or alter a 商标.
5. Do Not change the color or typeface of a 商标 featuring a design element.
6. ALWAYS use such 商标 as an adjective, accompanied by an appropriate noun (e.g. “微米® NAND Flash memory is an excellent product”). Do NOT use a 商标 as a noun (e.g. “微米® is an excellent product”). Do NOT pluralize a 商标 or make it possessive. Do NOT combine a 商标 with other words, 符号, 或数字, either as one word or with a hyphen. Do NOT abbreviate a 商标;
7. ALWAYS use the proper spelling and the proper trademark symbol (®, ™ or SM as applicable). For the trademark symbol, use the superscript format, but if this is not possible, then use parentheses ((R), (TM) or (SM) as applicable); and

1. 在字母, 备忘录, 新闻稿, 白皮书, 广告, 幻灯片, 衬托, video, and other multimedia presentations, ensure that you properly identify (with ®, ™ or SM as applicable) each 微米 商标 at the most prominent use (often in the headline) and again in the first occurrence. For presentation graphics, each 微米 商标 should be designated with the proper trademark symbol on each page, 幻灯片, 和箔;
2. 在通讯, 杂志, and publications containing multiple articles, properly identify each 微米 商标 in the first occurrence in the Table of Contents, 在新闻标题 and in the first occurrence in every article in which it is used;
3. 在宣传册, 财务报告, 书, 白皮书, 数据表, technical documentation, and other bound documents, properly identify each 微米 商标 in the first occurrence in the Table of Contents, 在新闻标题, and in the first occurrence in text;
4. In all charts and graphs, properly identify each 微米 商标, as such charts and graphs could become separated, copied and used independently; an
5. In all 微米 商标 tag lines (e.g. “记忆 & 存储专家TM"), always use the proper trademark symbol in every such reference.

Ensure that you include a proper trademark ownership notice that identifies each 微米 商标 used as being owned by 微米 Technology, 公司. (e.g. "微米® and the 微米 orbit logo are trademarks of 微米 Technology, 公司.")

“微米” is not only a trademark used to identify 微米’s products and services; it also serves as 微米’s company name. 因此, the word “微米” is generally used in two (2) different ways: (i) as a trade name to identify 微米 Technology, 公司. the company; or (ii) as a trademark to identify its various products. “微米” is used as a trade name when 微米 Technology, 公司. the company is taking some action or referenced as having some attribute (e.g. “微米 announced its earnings for this quarter”). When referenced as a trade name, there is no need to include a trademark symbol after “微米”. “微米” is used as a trademark when 微米 is an adjective used as a brand name for its products (e.g. “微米® NAND Flash devices are aimed at mobile and consumer applications”). When referenced as a trademark, include the proper trademark symbol after “微米”.
